He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Ellner and Dorothy Ellner; his wife Karen Ostron; his brother Lawrence Ellner; his grandson Daniel Rasmussen; his great grandchild Oliver Daniel Rassmussen; and his brothers-in-law, Bill and Rick Ostron.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Ellner (Patti Jo), Lorie Buser (Carl) and Tom Ellner (Julie Nigh); his grandchildren, Keith Rasmussen (Katie), Cassie Ellner (Kyle Konetzke), Chris Ellner, Tim Buser (Amber Smith), Amanda Ruehr (Craig), Katelynn Buser (Marcus Ertman), Justin Nigh (Rae) and Jeris Nigh (Wim Van); his great grandchildren, Mya, E'Nyjiah, Colton, Jaxson, Audrey, Landon, Ethan, Madelynn, Aaliyah, Wesley, Maverick, Luna, Mayson and Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Ellner, Evelyn Ostron and Jim Ostron (Kathy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Homes and Cremation Service - Belgium (171 N Royal Ave, Belgium, WI 53004). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home (171 N Royal Ave, Belgium, WI 53004). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wisconsin Memorial Park (13235 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield, WI 53005).
