He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sr. Parworth and Josephine Parworth; his wife Janice Langley; his children, Gene and Kari; and his siblings, Joseph Parworth, Sylvia McGlin and Sally McGlin.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Larry Parworth (Kapi) of Braselton Georgia; his brothers, Tim Parworth (Judy) of Milwaukee and Chris Parworth of Manitowoc; and his grandchildren, Sacha Stininger, Georgia Strauss, Caroline Parworth-Morad and Emily Parworth. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
