It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elena A. Timofeeva (Plymouth, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 4, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Fedor Bortsov; and her sons, Alex Timofeev, Vlad Timofeev and Leo Bortsov (Anya). She was also cherished by Seven Grandchildren; and One Great-grandchild.

She had recently given me advice for my upcoming trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg this summer. She will be missed by her many residents and coworkers.”
