He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Seipel and Evelyn Seipel (Rageth); his son Stephen Seipel; his siblings, Ronald Seipel, Betty Jean Kralewski, Shelvidene Sutherland (Neil) and Joyce Murray (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Floyd Foster (Nancy), Henry Foster, Estella Foster, Doris Fuller and Alice Brantner (Philip).
He is survived by: his wife Ida Seipel of Plum City; his children, Steve Seipel (Tena) of Pepin, Stan Seipel (Nancy) of Tomah, Julie Bauer (David) of Hayward and JoAnn Vasey (Bill) of Oxford, AR; his siblings, Daniel Seipel (Pat) of Pepin, Geraldine Hetrick (James) of Pepin and Sue Seipel of Arkansaw; and his siblings-in-law, Arthur Foster (Ann) of Mondovi, Hubert Foster of Stockholm and Mary Foster of New Hampshire. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren.
