He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred, Rose Lecker, Don, Ella Smith and Robert Lepp; his aunts and uncles, Earl Lecker, Fred Lecker, Don Lecker, Olive Lecker, Joyce Lecker, Betty Lecker and Verna Forslund; his cousins, Gary, Jeff, Victoria and John; and his godfather Don Jr..

He is survived by: his parents, Richard Lecker and Virginia Lecker; his brother Paul Lecker; his sister-in-law Stacie; his nephew Ethan; his niece Elizabeth; his aunt Elaine Moeller; his godmother Bonnie Lecker (Karen Lecker); his uncles, David Lepp and Dan Lepp; and also Kayla Scaletty.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (2211 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54911). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in memory of Rick, which will be distributed to causes he was passionate about.
