He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Sr. Hamilton and Blanche Hamilton (McGinley); and his stepmother Delores Hamilton (Preston). He is survived by: his wife Dorie Hamilton (Newmark); his children, Niki Hamilton (Jeremy Grimm), Phillip Hamilton III (Jaime), Amy (Nosal) and Kathleen Nosal (Andreas Braun); his grandchildren, Phillip Hamilton IV, Jacob Hamilton, Benjamin Hamilton, Kaitlyn Straus and Emily Straus; and his sister Barb Jennison (Hamilton).
