It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paula Kozlowski of Plover, Wisconsin, born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Schroeder and Mary Lou Schroeder (Davies); her parents-in-law, Charles and Eugenia Kozlowski; her brothers, Timm and Todd Schroeder; and her nephew Justin Schroeder.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Kozlowski; her daughters, Kristin Moon (Brian) and Jessica Kozlowski (Luke Zelinski); her grandchildren, Fiona and Spencer Moon; and her siblings, Marsha Dale, Sandra Templeton, Mark Schroeder (Debbie), Shelley Schroeder and Stephanie Goshorn (Peter). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
For those who wish to express sympathy, the family kindly suggests in lieu of flowers, that a monetary donation be made. These donations will be given as scholarships to the two nursing students who helped provide compassionate care and respite to Paula and her family.
