We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2024, at the age of 84, Patricia Ann Zawislak of Plover, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Kopacz (Jake) and Ann Martha Koscielny (Annie); her husband Joseph H. Zawislak; and her brother James P. Kopacz (Jimmy). She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Kopacz Williams; and her brother-in-law Dr. Richard S. Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking you take a moment to remember Patricia, and in so doing, perform an act of kindness.
