Herek; his sons, Eugene and Gary; his granddaughters, Kristy Kaminski and Jullyn Sankey Iman; his great grandchild Trenton Iman; his siblings, Leon, John, Jerome and Cecilia; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Rozenburg, Al Schiefelbein, Grace Ostricki and Clara Sankey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Sankey (Bruce Fletcher), Debra Gribble (James), Sharon Kaminski (Stephen), Christine Wilhelm (John), Teresa Haga (Al), Paula Glen (Wayne) and Sara Salinsky (Steve); his siblings, Bridget Rutta (Edward), Patrick Sankey (Teri) and Ron Gollon (Pat); his sisters-in-law, Bertha Schiefelbein, Joan Rozenburg, Henrietta Ryan (Tim), Pat Wroblewski (Darrell), Dianne Iwanski (Marvin) and MaryAnn Sankey; and his nephew Christopher Sankey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Pisarski Plover Funeral Home (2911 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bronislava Catholic Church (3200 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467).
