He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Shulfer and Alice Shulfer (Mrochinski); his wife Jeanette Liss; his brother Maynard; his in-laws, Adolph and Helen; his siblings-in-law, Bob King, Stanley Wysocki and Carol Shulfer; and his nephew Jerry King.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Oestreich (John), Chris Shulfer (Liane), Shelley Kubesh (Philip) and Keith Shulfer (Leah); his grandchildren, Megan Fox (Cody), Sean Shulfer, Seth Shulfer, Kyle Woyak, Sydnee Woyak, Collin Klemm (Jaime), Abby Klemm and Sophia Shulfer; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Fox and Amelia Klemm; and his siblings, Ronald, Maxine King and Shirley Slowinski (Deloyd). He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
