He is survived by: his sons, John Newby (Lydia) and Dale Newby (Sasha); his grandchildren, Janelle Newby (Javier Gonzalez), Kayla Newby and Alex Ludwig; his great grandchild Roman; and his siblings, Ray Newby (Sandra), Roy Newby (Kathy), Ben Newby, Larry Newby (Robyn) and Cheryl Moore (Eugene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and extended family.
