He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zembrycki and Julia Zembrycki (Kalen); his sisters, Carol VanVlack, Joyce Hawley and Joan Meyer; and his brother-in-law Larry Barnak.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Barnak; his children, Kim Brown (Timm), Teresa Lindenberg (Mike) and John Zembrycki; his grandchildren, Meghan Pralle (Shawn), Hailie Pralle, Kyle Zembrycki, Zachary Lindenberg and Alec Lindenberg; his great grandchildren, Brody McFadden, Oaklyee McFadden and Meilani Pralle; his sisters, Jean Ylitalo, Jackie Zembrycki and June Belsky (Robert); and his brother-in-law Gary Barnak (Bonnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the family as a memorial fund will be established.
