He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael C. Feuling and Vera V. Feuling (Hoehne); and his brother Robert Feuling. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Sparks (Earl) of Stevens Point, Jody Feuling of Plover and Michael Feuling (Kristi) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Alicia Sparks (Brock Menard), Megan Sparks (Wil Smith), Katie Feuling, Ryan Sparks, Cal Feuling and Eli Feuling; his great grandchildren, Makena, Aiden and Olivia; and his former wife Victoria. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery-Columbus.

“How very sad it was to hear that our dear friend and neighbor, Jim, had passed away. His treasured yellow roadster was like the neighborhood's mascot, and when we heard it or saw it coming smiles on faces were seen everywhere. Milo, the killer dachshund, really never worried a soul either, for he was under Jim's control at all times. Jim's sense of humor brought joy to this neighborhood, as did his stories about car shows and those who go there. Miss you already, Jim.....Jerry & Doris B”
