She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard V. Bannach and Verona B. Bannach (Meronk); and her grandson Bert "B. J.". She is survived by: her spouse Bartholomew J. "Bert" Trzebiatowski; her children, Bert Trzebiatowski (Mary), Pauline Wysocki (Dave), Kathy Peskie (Mark), Patricia Kwiatkowski (Randy), Alan Trzebiatowski (Karen) and Gary Trzebiatowski (Jill); and her siblings, Florence Brown of Scottsdale, AZ, Leonard Bannach, Bernard M., John, Emil Bannach, Veronica Niewiadomski, Eleanor Lueck and Frances Bannach. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date per family wishes.
