He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Slack and Katherine Slack (Higgins); and his brother-in-law Tom. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his sister Joyce Slack; his children, Jon Slack, Kristy Earnest (Logan), Holly Slack and Joseph Slack; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Austin, Ellery and Devon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home (2911 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
