She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Minch and Anna Minch (Pongratz); her husband Ralph Check; her sons, Ronald, Robert and Ryan; her siblings, Helen Seubert, Betty Wondzell (Mike) and Richard Joseph Minch; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Brillowski, Robert Kostuch and Donna Minch.
She is survived by: her son Richard Check (Doreen); her granddaughters, Jen Flugaur (Jesse) and Tracey Jacks; her great grandchildren, Brady Flugaur, Addy Flugaur and Jamie Jacks; and her siblings, Mary Brillowski, Joan Woyak (Ralph), Kathleen Kostuch, Grace David, Linda Minch, Ronald Minch (Grace) and Francis Minch.
