She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Earl and Cecilia Ligman; her husband Steven Garrett; her daughter Cindy Garrett; her sister Maxine; her grandson Isiah Garrett; and her daughter-in-law Linda Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Garrett (Linda), Gregg Garrett (Cathy), Michael Garrett and Julie Kowalski (Dan); and her siblings, Lawrence, Terry Ligman and Jolene Lee. She is also survived by her 14 Grandchildren, 25 Great-Grandchildren, and one Great-Great-Grandson.
