He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Patoka and Frances Patoka (Konkol). He is survived by: his wife Bonita Patoka (Kurszewski); his daughters, Michelle Klein (Gerry), Maria Rosicky (Randy) and Mary Lynn Patoka; his grandchildren, Emma Klein (Nathan Kraft), Ethan Klein (Caitlin Swim), Alexa Rosicky, Sam Rosicky and Jack Rosicky; his siblings-in-law, Lucille Patoka and Joe Kurszewski (Paula); and his siblings, Edwin Patoka (Grace), Max (Hattie), Harold Patoka, Clifford Patoka (Rita), Raymond Patoka, Verona Stuczynski (Frank), Virginia Dombrowski (Ray), Chesterine Stremkowski (Edmond) and Margaret Dean (Francis).
