Collier; her daughter Jennifer Lepak (Josh Fuller); her grandchildren, Brooke Gosh and Garrett Bentley; and her siblings, Charles Herrin (Judy), Phillip Herrin (Lauri), Randall Herrin (JoAnn), Bradley Herrin (Anne), Kathleen Fredock (Steve) and Laurie Herrin (Rosie). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
