He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Palms and Phyllis Palms; and his brothers, Keith Palms, Dennis Palms, Skip Palms and Craig Palms.
He is survived by: his daughters, DeAnna Muhonen (David) and Kimberly Hefter (Matt); his grandchildren, Nathan Muhonen (Marlene) and Samantha Palms; and his brother Jeff Palms (Laura).
