She was predeceased by: her parents, Orestino Carnevale and Assuntina Carnevale (Ruffolo); her husband Domenico Zappa; her siblings, Joseph Carnevale and Melvina Celebre; and her grandson Joshua Resch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Modestina Resch (Roger) and Loredana Zappa; her grandchildren, Jessica Fahrenkrug (Shaun), Dillon May (Kaite), Cody May and Annalizza Resch; her great grandchildren, Michael Croox, Maxim Resch, Aubriella May, Harper Fahrenkrug and Adilynn May; and her brothers, Guiseppi Fiore, Giulia Carnevale, Francesco Bisceglia and Mario Celebre.
