She is survived by: her mother Louise Van Patten (Pauhl) of Marion, IL; her friend Healer; her son Dakotah Van Patten (Anel Cardenas) of Third Lake, IL; her siblings, Brian, Shane Van Patten, Tracy Gold (David) of Hawthorn Woods, IL, Michele Muzones (Rafael) of Lindenhurst, IL, Denise Ruschli (Daniel) of Zion, IL, Kelly Petray (Edmund) of Grayslake, IL and Shannon Van Patten of Gurnee, IL.; and her nieces and nephews, Olivia, Taylor, Samantha, Danielle, Kailey, Gisele, Mackenzie, Brooklynne, Chloe, Parker, Max, Hunter, Raymund, Jack, Ryan, Myles and Luke. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
