He is survived by: his significant other Leona Turnquist; his children, Cheyenne Holt (Guillermo Sanchez), Sable Turnquist and Robert T. Holt; his grandchildren, Emiliano, Scarlett and Indra Sanchez-Holt; and his siblings, Dale Holt, Tom Holt, Kim Miller (Steve), Jackie Kramer (Dave), Valerie Thomas, Debbie Marek, Annette Holt and Beverly Holt. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
