He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Gerard Girdaukas; and his brother David Girdaukas. He is survived by: his mother Kristin Girdaukas (Hendee); his wife Frances Girdaukas (Skurski); his brother Josh; his grandmother Dorothy Hendee; and his aunts and uncles, Kim, Mark Hendee (Dina Lambrecht) and Philip Goodwin. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, devoted friends.
