He was predeceased by: his parents, William Metzger and Elizabeth Metzger (Deignan); and his pets, Patches and Bandit. He is survived by: his children, David Metzger of Kenosha, Jennifer Lawler (David Watson) of Kenosha, Brett Metzger (Kim), Dawn Rushing of Milwaukee and Benjamin Metzger of Pleasant Prairie; his sisters, Sheila Nurdin of Kenosha and Cathy Hill (Sylvester) of Kenosha; his former wife Mary Nortunen (Benjamin Moon) of Pleasant Prairie; his close friends, Geno Prickett and Dave Bittis; his grandchildren, Taylor Lawler, Madison Lawler, Chase Lachman, Brett Metzger Jr., Knox Metzger, Penn Metzger, Jaylah Rushing, Jerrimyah Rushing and Rashaud Brantley; and his pets, Chloe and Louie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kenosha Funeral Services (8226 Sheridan Rd, Kenosha, WI 53143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
