He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Benedict and Emily Benedict (Stonebreaker); his wife Merry; and his brothers, Lowell and Everett.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Lukawski (Steven) of Whitewater, Leona Puhr (Jim) of Pleasant Prairie and Norman R. Benedict of Kaukauna; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Stephanie, Elizabeth Lukawski, Jacob, Jenna Puhr and Kyle Benedict; and also Suki.
