He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Tarlton and Ethel Tarlton (Rymer); and his daughter Joni. He is survived by: his former wife Norma Nueske; his wife Norma Tarlton of Pleasant Prairie; his daughter Tori Tarlton (Mark Hinz) of Pleasant Prairie; and his brother Gary Tarlton of Appleton.
