He is survived by: his children, Kayla Nickelson (Darren Horton), Shannon Burket (Dave Dougherty) and Eva Burket; his grandchildren, Camden, Kodi and Calli; his siblings, Chris Burket, Trudy Rutkowski (Reed), Diane Brumbaugh (Martin), Polly Burket and Molly Shirk (Scott); and his girlfriend Nancy Mertins.
