He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Patricia Metallo; and his father Emil Metallo. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Geoffrey and Jason Metallo; his mother Therisa Metallo; and his sister Carmella Beukovich. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
