We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2018, at the age of 71, Hazel G. Christensen (Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Schaumburg, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel G. Christensen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Green and Leola Green; her granddaughter Laura Dunafin; her parent-in-law Carl Christensen; and also Janet Christensen.
She is survived by: her husband Carl of Pleasant Prairie; her daughters, Cathy Dunafin (Curt) of LeRoy, IL and Cyndi Crimmins (Matt) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, Aidan Crimmins, Delaney Crimmins, Colin Dunafin and Caleb Dunafin; and her siblings, Kenneth Green (Barbara), Donald Green and Margaret Osteen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
