She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Frakes and Esther Frakes (Collenberg); and her significant other Bud. She is survived by: her significant other Charles C. Koontz; her children, Steve, Terry Vickie and Scott; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn (Meador). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
