He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Marshall and Lenore Marie Van Wie (Sorensen); and his brothers, Jack, Don and Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Schulze; his children, Randy Van Wie (Sally) and Terri Wright; his grandchildren, David (Rachael), Gina (Dino), Kristen (Mike) and Matthew (Celeste); his siblings, Marge and Duane Van Wie; and his friend Gy Fellows. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
