She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Baltutat and Louise Baltutat (Heiss); her husband Norman; and her siblings, Julius, James, August, Harold, Marie, Shirley and Elma.
She is survived by: her son Todd Rover (Donna) of Pleasant Prairie; and her grandsons, Kevin Chike and Kyle Rover.
