He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Neitzel and Evelyn Neitzel (Fischer); and his brothers, Gordy and Doug. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Neitzel of Pleasant Prairie; his children, Heather McCowen (Kevin) of Grayslake and Brent Neitzel (Gladys) of Chicago; his siblings, Ken Neitzel (Jennifer), Phil Neitzel, Dan Neitzel and Deb Quast (Al); and his grandchildren, Aliyah, Josiah and Noah McCowen.
