Calvin Kappeler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Kappeler of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, born in Dunlevy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O. Kappeler and Henrietta Jeanette Kappeler (Betler); his wife Shirley B. Forsythe; his siblings, Dorothy Glishke and Edward R. Kappeler; his daughter Heidi Tallent; his granddaughter Cheryl Tallent; and his great grandchild Anne-Marie Brose.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Kappeler (Pat) of Pleasant Prairie, Linda Volmar (Russ) of Pewaukee, WI and David Kappeler of Oshkosh; his grandchildren, Scott Kappeler, Carol Brose (David), Russ Volmar III, Calvin Volmar and Wayne Tallent; and his great grandchildren, Riley Burgett and Mackey Brose.
Memorial contributions to the Flight 93 National Memorial or Hospice Alliance would be appreciated by the family.
