He is survived by: his former wife Lillian Maciulis; his wife Gail Sparks of Pleasant Prairie; his children, Jessie Ross, Brian Sparks Jr. (Joanne) of Kenosha, Steven Latuvnik (Ross) of Kenosha, David Copeland of Pleasant Prairie and Myling McKinney (Adam) of Pleasant Prairie; and his siblings, Billy Sparks, Mike Sparks, Mark Sparks of Kenosha, Connie Portalatin (Rick) and Debbie Leveque (Darryl). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
