She was predeceased by: her father Tom. She is survived by: her mother MaryJo Gebhart-Crawford of Michigan; her husband Richard Allen of Pleasant Prairie; her children, Charles, Rachelle, Ashlee and Tom; and her brother Chris Ratliff of Michigan. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren.
