He is survived by: his wife Karen Becker; his children, Wayne Hoffman, Jr. of Platteville, Lisa Neis (Steve Pins) of Platteville and Kelly Hoffman (Wendy) of Platteville; his grandchildren, Britney Wilson (Rorie), Dallas Hoffman, Courtney Neis (Justin Fey), Faith Hoffman, Austin Neis, Dakota Hoffman and Makenna Neis; his great grandchildren, Asher and Aiden; and his siblings, Patricia Rewey, Pamela NeCollins (Nelson), Marshall and Doug Hoffman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
