It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent J Abing (Platteville, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 6, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Abing and Lillian Abing (Hufnagel); his son Michael; and his siblings, Patty Abing, Mary Friederick and David Abing.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Wayne Abing (Kris), Leslie McDermott (Chuck Gruenberger), Tim Abing (Theresa), Lori Schmidt (Mark) and Lynnette Bloom (Butch); his siblings, Rosalyn Hartung, Karin Peacock (Steve), Harriet Snyder, Carl Abing (Beth), Al Abing (Jan) and Mike Abing (Kim); and his sisters-in-law, Joe Friederick, Roger Wolske (Sharon), Ron Wolske (Hallie), LaVonne Rice, Jean Rice, Merle Rice (Sheena), Dick Rice (Joanne) and Peg Rice. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
