He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen and Wayne Sagehorn of Cassville, WI; his in-laws, Helen and Richard Seline of Rockford, IL; and his niece Jill Uppena.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Seline Sagehorn; his children, John [Brent] of Denver, CO, Dave [Luke] of Seattle, WA and Kara Genin [Steven]; his grandchildren, Natalie and Henry of Janesville, WI.; his sister Susan [Carl] Uppena of Cassville; his nephew Joe [Melissa] Uppena; his son Jim Uppena; his brother Dave [Kathy] Sagehorn of Waunakee; and his nephew Corey [Kevin] Brown.
