She is survived by: her children, Josh Lewis (Belinda), David McNutt (Amanda), Cody McNutt (Stacie), Hannah VanDenBeckens (Freddie Barner) and Shelby Jones (Jordan); her grandchildren, Piper, Paxton, Phoenyx Lewis, Kayla, Alana, Caleigh McNutt and Kai Barner; her brothers, Steve Lewis (Carol) and Jim Lewis; and her sisters-in-law, Chris Lewis and Jane Lewis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
