He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Lawrence A. Ford and Francille M. Ford (Bloedorn); and his former wife Karen Ford (Cannon). He is survived by: his sons, Robert "Rob" Ford (Melissa) of Des Moines and Anthony "Tony" (Shantelle) of Ankeny, Iowa.; his former wife Roxane Schult (Ruppert); his daughter Lauren Pancratz (Noah) of Madison, Wisconsin.; his grandchildren, Jack Ford, Shayna, Jordan, Sydney Ford, Everley and Ford Pancratz; his sister Beth Hampel (Rob) of McKinney, Texas; his nephew Myke Hampel; and his close friends, Bob, John and Chris.
