He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Holt and Jean Holt (Shaw); and his daughter Melissa Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammi Schaver (Robbie) and Michelle Holt; and his siblings, Eldon Holt (Lucila Hechanova), Harry Holt, John Holt, Connie Stoltz (Hollis) and Susan White (Martin). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
