He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick W. McDonald and Elizabeth McDonald (McKeon); his children, Mary Margaret, Steven Patrick and Patricia Irene; his siblings, Leo Francis, James McDonald (Mary), Lawrence McDonald, Kathryn Quinn (James), Anna Donahoe (Joe), Judy Byrnes (Cletus), Marie Kliebenstein (Bernie) and Teresa Lehner (George); and his sister-in-law Lorna Mae McDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Camilla Craugh; his children, John McDonald (Teresa), Alice Knutson (Wayne), Francis "Bud" McDonald (Janice), Sara Martens (Joe), Theresa McCarthy (Brian Ruf), Kathleen Lucey (Bruce), Susan McDonald (Gary Ostertag), Elizabeth Al (Ahmed), Colleen Miner (Jeremy) and Christopher McDonald (Stephanie); his brother Patrick McDonald; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy McDonald and Geneva Block. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
