He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Pickel and Dolores Pickel (Schaefer); and his grandparents, George, Marcella Pickel, Henry and Mary Schaefer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Schissel (Tom "TJ") of Dubuque, IA, Sandy Hull (Tom) of Phoenix, AZ, Patsy Freiburger (Clint) of Cuba City, WI, Jeannie Arnesen (Roger) of Mukwonago, WI, Janet Faber (Scott) of Edgar, WI, Connie Weber (Tim) of Platteville, WI and John Pickel (Kelly) of Delavan, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, an Orville G. "Junior" Pickel Memorial Fund has been established.
