He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Patchak and Helen Patchak (Ciolkosz); and his siblings, Raymond, George (Margot), Susan Cook (Mel), Charlotte Pyzyna (Bill), Ceil Mikulski (Tom), Mae Joswiak (Eddie) and Jack.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joann Zimmerman (Ted) and Richard (Sandy); his sisters-in-law, Lorraine and Fran Patchak; his wife Carol Patchak (Arneson); and his children, Greg (Melinda), Steve (Kathy), Jeff (Kassie) and Nancy (Lorry). He is also survived by 11 grand children, 26 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.
