She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burke and Ila Burke (Barker); her husband Joseph "Jerry" Swift; her brothers, F. Gerald "Jerry" Burke (Doris) and John "Jack"; her brother-in-law Ron Foley; and her great grandchild Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Perkins, Ronald Swift (Janet) of Menominee, IL, Phil Swift (Sandy) and Steve Swift of Belmont, WI; and her sister Barb Foley of Cuba City, WI. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Juanita's name may be sent to the funeral home at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, WI 53807.
