He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Kasi Kettler and Joshua Skattum; his siblings, Wayne, Dan and Karen Reimer; and his nephew Ben Kettler.
He is survived by: his wife Ilene Hanvelt; his children, Sandy Skattum (Rodney), Beverly Stagman (Glenn), Roxanne Harris (Kent), Curtis Kettler (Molly) and Burton Sherri Brunton; his siblings, Anita Carns (Wayne), Sue Kettler, Faye Kettler and Phil Kettler; and his sisters-in-law, Ann and Bev Kettler. He is also survived by grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
