He is survived by: his children, Jarvis Eastlick (Carrie) and Heather Eastlick (Tyler Hochberger); his significant other Diane Hastert; his granddaughter Ava Leibfried; his significant other's daughters, Angie Scharnell (Steve) and Amy Hannsman (Tim); his brothers, Craig Eastlick (Deb), Barth Eastlick (Deb Claas), Brian Eastlick (Amy) and Shane Eastlick; and also, Jon, Sarah and Nick.
