Lynn M. Bell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn M. Bell of Platteville, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Casper and Viola Casper (Rousch); her husband Gary V. Bell; her son Jason; and her brothers, Jerome, Merrell and Paul Casper.

She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Horst (John) of West Bend, WI, Phil Casper (Julie) of Cuba City, WI, Dennis Casper of Kieler, WI and Dr. David Casper of Freeport, IL; and her grandsons, Jake and Josh Bell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of plants & flowers, a Lynn M. Bell Memorial Fund has been established.
